"This was our first stay at the Chateau on the Lake and it did not dissapoint! We were looking for a fun New Years eve event to ring in the new year so after looking over several options in the Branson area, we decided to make the journey here. We were actually booked to stay at a different hotel in the area as we had several other activities planned out days before New Years eve so once we made the decision to celebrate here we moved our last night in the area to the Chateau. The place was busy, of course, but it didn't feel too busy. The check in staff and others we come in contact with were upbeat and professional. Our room had the most amazing view, which was definitely a plus as we did not request that. Perhaps they noticed some of the staff of LS Tours was coming to town so they gave us an upgrade.......I doubt that though as when we book a hotel we are actually going to visit and provide a review for, we keep it hush hush so we're given the same treatment as any other guest. The only downside we experienced was the fact that the pool was closed during our stay which honestly, we were planning on taking full advantage of the fact that it's open 24 / 7, which is almost unheard of in the hotel world. I mean, who wouldn't want to be the first one in the pool in the new year : ) The New Years event was very nice, the food was extravagant, the band were top notch and really everything that was provided was just perfect. Overall, despite the pool being closed which in the end was minor, it truly was a wonderful first impression and stay. We're already thinking about when we can make a return visit sometime down the road......perhaps to ring in 2027!"

"Beautiful, very clean hotel. Large rooms with gorgeous views in every direction. The staff took the stay to the next level . They went out of their way to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They had a plumbing line break right before we got there. They handled it immediately and fixed the issue very quickly. Most quests never knew there had been a problem. The swimming pool was twice the size of normal hotel pools. Include a newly remodeled playground and movie theater to keep kids of all ages pleased as well. I will post again about the 5 star room! 5 stars"

"If you are in Branson during the holiday season, you absolutely have to stop by the Chateau on the Lake just to see their gingerbread village in the lobby. It is truly a work of art! The level of detail the chefs put into these houses is mind-blowing. It’s not just a couple of small houses; it’s an entire edible town featuring a chapel, a replica of the Chateau itself, and several charming storefronts. My family spent a good fifteen minutes just pointing out all the different candies and cookies used—everything from pretzels and crackers to Pop-Tarts and "Scooby Snacks." The smell of ginger and sugar hits you the moment you walk in, and it’s such a festive, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also located right near their incredible Fontanini nativity scene, making the lobby a perfect (and free!) holiday photo op. This has definitely become one of our favorite Branson traditions. Highly recommended for all ages!"
